Recommended as underbase only. One pass with squeegee to avoid solids build up. Will take color strength out of image area. So on a black shirt the yield will be gray and now ivory white. However, there is no hand to image. Dry with heater fan or flash. The print over with plastisol to lock water based solids in garment. 230 mesh recommended for first experience with plastisol over water based white. That produces slight hand. An experienced person will later print with 305 mesh and no hand. Water based inks require using dual cure emulsions. |
