High opacity, low-bleed white ink designed to control dye migration on polyester blended garments. Like all low-bleed inks, a small amount of blowing agent is in the ink to make the ink expand under heat. That produces a little roughness in the feel of the ink. Avoid excessive heat when full curing, because that would cause the image to collapse losing the blowing agent. Use 83-110 mesh. Never add a reducer, because that would cause dye migration. Stir vigorously before removing from can. If ink still draws out like taffy, then the ink can be blended with a medium pigmented white ink like UltraSoft or Unimatch in a ratio of 80% Diamond White with 20% of either PLUS or MACH-1000 |
